Performance Management
This plan defines the Council's expectations of the responsible person(s) in accordance with the performance agreement to which this document is attached. Section 57 (5) of the Municipal Systems Act and the Performance Regulations gazetted in Notice No 805, published on 1 August 2006, which provides that performance objectives and targets must be based on the key performance indicators set out from time to time in the Municipality's Integrated Development Plan and determined in agreement with the responsible person (as representative of Council).
